The song’s music producer Abdullah Siddiqui said that Pasoori is one of the most modern tracks of season 14. It’s a mix of different cultural influences. You get listen to a little bit if the classical tune of a rubab along with a modern reggaetón beat.
Designed by Hashim Ali the set for the music video is equally getting attention. According to him, it has elements of style and spirituality along with a variety of emotions that an artist feels.
The vocals, the set and the music aside, one of the most powerful part of Pasoori is Sheema Kirmani’s Seraiki style dance. The camera focuses on her in portraiture style which is truly breath taking.
Its just a day in and people are already “obsessed” with the song.
